However for the remaining 1% there's Double Bullet, the team made up of 3 "lower ranked" individuals Kanako, Tamaru, and Barret.

Meet the tiny police station of rejects, consisting of Kanjuurou the snide chief, Haruki the common pervert patrol officer, and Kiruko, the rookie policewoman… who also just happens to be an insanely strong former military mercenary!

Rokurou, the class' cockroach (figuratively speaking), is visited at night by an alien girl who bestows magical powers upon him!
Finally, he can ascend from his status of a complete nobody to the town's unique super hero! … Right?
