Around chapter 80 they start exposition on some deep lore about gods of the world and the scan went on a very long hiatus right after. Before that is actually a decent read, the MC is not that original but is compensated a lot by being coherent with the world and people around him, and that makes him likeable eventually. The side characters are far more interesting, each story arc has a little plot twist that is a bit predictable but not boring, like, you are never really surprised by a plot twist here, but is not annoying, the writing is consistently good and sometimes the art is amazing. The character design for incidental characters is so cool is ridiculous, specially the attires, the artists really let's their imagination go whenever they can and they are very talented.
