Actually Xiao used in this manhua, Xiao (霄), means sky or heaven. Not the, xiao(小), means small, one.

I knew this because I looked it up before, after pulling for my main character in hsr "Feixiao" in my profile pic lol, same name as the emerald dragon here xiao fei, btw fei means wind and xiao is sky or clouds.
