I Really love the Dragon lady's design, its just so powerful and clean, yet, she has a gentle and innocent air around her,
Despite also seeming super deadly.
I will say she is in the right here, she was just chilling, killing whatever monsters lurking in the area to feed the dragon, then she and her pet gets attacked just because they look scary.

The boy knew the dragon was tamed, and who was the tamer, so he should have considered that.

I mean, Kazuma can just walk away with all his earnings, and they still would've gotten what they came for, although, considering how much of a threat the Golden Dragon was, its a really pitiful reward they are given, just a tiny sack of money, meanwhile, the dragonhorn alone is probably solid gold, which makes it far more valuable.
