FINALLY starting this, reading on Mangasee123 for the better translations. God, this is long.... But I read One piece so.....

Besides, you probably are a bigger Dragon Ball fan than me. Because I've read and watched thousands of other things like all of One piece's 1100 chapters and it's 95 anime filler episodes, all 15 movies, all 20 OVAs, including the COVID safety special, and I've did the same thing for all of Naruto, Bleach, Berserk, Code geass, and thousands more. I'm a big fan of a lot more things than just Dragon Ball, So I can't spend all my time on a single IP, even if DB is my favourite thing in the world. So in that regard, you probably would be considered a bigger fan because you spend more time solely on the franchise than I do. 
But at least I can say that I know how to say Dragon Ball in Japanese because I know Hiragana and Katakana!

(CONTINUED:) Dragon Ball FighterZ is one of my favourite games, and I used to Throw pretend Kamehameha's and Spirit bombs and such at my friend who was also a Dragon Ball fan, of whom I battled frequently at in DBFZ as well as Jump Force. I've eaten and Drank Dragon Ball branded foods and drinks. My Phone wallpaper is literally Super saiyan Goku, drawn by Fenyon. I listen to songs from the Soundtrack of the franchise everytime I listen to music, with my favourite themes being "Gohan Powers up", "Cell's Theme", "Vegeta's theme", "Universe 7 Spirit Bomb" and "Super Saiyan Transformation" themes, and hold it in high regard as the greatest soundtrack ever made (Bruce faulconer's version, but the later Japanese track from Super is great!). I also occasionally rewatch clips of the franchise over and over again, like the OG Super Saiyan transformation scene. On top of all that, I regularly watch Dragon Ball AMVs and have worked out to them for years.

Alright then, I'll literally prove it. Here's my myanimelist: https://myanimelist.net/animelist/Kirida-San In it, you'll see I've literally watched every single episode from all the Dragon Ball anime, including every single filler episode, spin-off, all the movies, and the obscurest specials. All in all, that's 639 episodes of the Dragon Ball franchise, plus 50 from the ongoing DBS Heroes, so that makes 699 episodes in total. I've seen all the 21 movies in the franchise, and rewatched some of them multiple times, in both sub and dub. I watched all of Dragon Ball Super in Sub as it was airing since episode 90, Then rewatched it all again in dub a few years later. I've also been following the Dragon Ball manga since the Moro arc, and actually read the entire thing from chapter 1, of which I think does a much better job than the anime did for the most part. I've literally quit social media for months before just to not get spoiled on the new Dragon Ball movie. I follow hundreds of Dragon Ball artists across social media, including the greats like Fenyon, matari_illust and Limandao. I had a social media account entirely based around Dragon Ball. I've subscribed to some Dragon Ball youtubers like AnimeAjay, Lythero and TotallyNotMark, the former who made animation reviews on each episode as they aired which greatly enhanced my knolwedge about animation as well as getting to know the animators such as Naotoshi Shida, Naoki Tate, Yuya Takahashi and many more of whom I'll be able to instantly realise when it is their cut of animation playing due to their unique styles. The latter youtuber makes dozens of Analysis videos on the Franchise that span many hours, of which I've watched them all and gained a far deeper understanding of the franchise from it. I've listened to several podcasts and interviews from the voice actors of Dragon Ball too. I've spent many hours defending the animators from online discourse thanks to my gained knowledge against the ignorant masses. Not only that, I own many Dragon Ball figures and posters, and have 6 funko pops just on them, 3 of which are special edition. I even own a Dragon Ball Coaster. I own several Dragon Ball clothing items, two of which I am wearing right now. I own two Dragon Ball Mugs and one Dragon Ball Bowl that I never use because I don't want to ruin them. I own a Dragon Ball blanket too, of which, out of the trillions of animation frames that exist in the series, I was able to realise instantly which movie the pose Goku was in was from.

Like it or not, a lot of Dragon Ball is bad, and I have the right to point it out so it can improve. 
That said, I appreciate the loyalty to the brand, but your gonna need to learn that Dragon Ball isn't perfect.

I figured that would be the case, but other sites of all kinds seem to be doing just fine (comics, anime, etc.). It's true I'd rather the sites remain rather than the comments, but the comments were so damn fun. This site has a small enough community that we all practically know each other. It felt like a manga club than anything else and that culture is kaput now since impersonation is so easy now and checking notifications is a nightmare. Japan is too strict with it's copyright, they need to know that they just can't beat piracy. Especially when Piracy is what got most anime and manga fans into it and the amount of sales and fans would be most likely 2 thirds lower if they eliminated all pirate sites. Combine that with the unavailability of officials translations in certain countries, the EXORBITANT pricing that is literally TEN TIMES more expensive per volume in Your local language compared to the Japanese volume (+ SHIPPING!!!) for nothing but a official translation that is censored, localised to the point Japanese puns and whatnot don't make sense, don't even bother translating the sound effects, and is usually a slow release like 1 volume every 3 months (Fist of the north star, a 40 year old manga, is STILL being officially translated despite starting years ago) when most fans want weekly releases to keep up with the japanese release (and so they can actually understand what's going on and attend any movies which they'd not understand because the official translation is behind, like One Piece which is 100 episodes behind, imagine seeing One Piece film red and seeing Luffy go Gear 5 and thinking it's a non-canon thing or you just don't get it because your too busy hindering yourself with official releases and whatnot...). It literally damages their property more than it helps. Forcing people to buy a manga volume that's 10x more expensive than the Japanese version, 10 bucks for 7-9 chapters that the average person could read in 20 minutes online, is far more damaging because it's daylight robbery that pushed people away from becoming fans when they need 2 jobs and a onlyfans to pay for the entire one piece manga.
