I'll give it... 200cal? 300cal at best?(assuming it's both a big and fatty salad) do you know how much calories we burn just from existing? give or take, 1800cal-2000cal+(female, male, body weight may vary, the bigger you are, the more you burn to function), JUST FROM EXISTING ALONE.(even if you do nothing all day, it's called Basal Metabolic Rate or BMR, action does not make it less effective, your body will still burn a lot of calories), and although it may be different for a kid, YOUR BODY IS HUNGRY AND YEARNS TO PRODUCE ENERGY ANYWAY and that is why if you plan on dieting, learn the basic first, you can eat McDonalds or Pizzas everyday and still lose weight, how? GO LEARN WHAT CALORIES MEAN BECAUSE EVERYTHING IS CALORIES, EVEN DRINKS, EVEN SAUCE, EVERYTHING IS BURNABLE IF YOU DRY THEM ENOUGH, THAT IS WHY WE CALL IT "BURNING THE CALORIES"
