Yes. Changing into certain weapons can drastically change a class build's potential. In some games, class builds center around a singular op weapon. I've seen 1 case on this matter, it's a mobile game called sas 4 made by ninja kiwi. (Before the update they made at 2023) Previously the gun was op bcuz of a bug

the gun is called winchester shotgun(an endgame weapon). What makes it op was the lifesteal function of an "augment". Every shot that kills give you 4 hp to a maximum of 30 hp when fully upgraded. Since it's a shotgun, it has 8 bullet pellets. Which in turn... Gives a whooping 240hp per kill. Especially popular with assault class players(they have a skill that hastens reload and fire rate). The weapon turns them into an undying glass canon, which was sick. Sadly it has since been patched, multiple pellets do not stack hp lifesteal anymore
