Looking at Fredrick 's and Ain 's hearts, magicians use some weird sht to amplify their mana. Probably Ain wasn't compatible with thus father took extreme actions and jujin was not pleased by it.

Reminds me of "Angel" wherein the mc has a devilish look but angelic heart. Delinquents keep attacking him but he thinks they are trying to make friends with him in a awkward manner.
