I know two types of the manga:
1. One Punch Man One which looks like it is drawn by a 11 years old. I love it. The story and characters are awesome there.
2. One Punch Man which used to look like it was forged by gods of Olympus. That sht is epic. But the writing quality dropped gradually then art became duller. I haven't checked it for months.

One of the dumbest things i have read so far. I endured till chapter 12 and i had enough. Plot makes no sense. It is all about reading future and stuff so it is already a mess. There is no hint of any intelligence in writing department. There is no flow.
Art is ok.
