HELL YEAH! Finally some good news! Lots of manga/anime I'm keeping up with are hella depressing these days. Anyways, I didn't thought that Fyodor is communicating with the outside world by having someone working for him within the prison. It was too simple. I thought it will be something super complicated like Dazai's. 

Is the Anime ahead of the manga? If it is, is the story here on manga the same with what was shown in the anime? Should I start watching?

I wonder which faction of the Moriarty family took over. I'm pretty sure some branch families are not happy with how the direct descendants manage things, hence once they saw an opportunity, they promptly took over.
