I think there's a pretty big difference between saying "terrible ending this series fell off" and "I disliked how the last arc dragged on/was cut short (for said reason)". You don't need well thought out criticism to state your opinion on something, but a line of thought makes the world of difference, whether people agree with it or not.

I can see people's frustrations, but feeding into the cycle of negativity by not voicing real opinions about likes and dislikes, spamming memes or phrases only makes people feel like shit, especially because the majority of people that reach the endings are fans. The final chapter is the most important chapter for people to voice real opinions about the series because everything has played out, but that's not what has been happening. People have been sucked into the negativity of the comment sections/discussions leading up to the end.

Dude I can't lie the comments at the end of series like these have become so unbearable, the insane levels of coping saying 'this series fell off' only after aqua created the plan to end himself is out of this world, just say you didn't like the ending like a normal person. We've seen stories with mid or bad endings before and there's clearly more to this if the chapters are still coming, you can decide how you feel about it once it ends but I didn't see any of you bitching until the end, stop lying to yourselves.Edit: Also side note, did we forget that this series literally started with the death of arguably the series' most beloved character?
