Dropped. Is boring. Even after dozens of chapters the story doesn't make me care about the characters, there are some ok moments but then the author goes back to boring moments. At some point I just asked myself why should I keep reading this?

As you can expect when it comes to huge ammounts of money humans can get creative, there are so many ways to chest in lottery that lottery companies are pretty rigorous about checking winners. A guy that shows up with a lot of lottery tickets and he choose the same numbers in all of them, you can be certain that normally it would arise suspicion. Well ,with episodes like these you can tell that the author is not the greatest writer.

See how a lottery works is not clear for you either. Banks do not pay automatically, the lottery company examines the winner and if there's no foul then and only then the winner receives the money.

Usually yes but this time the most annoying character is the granpa. Basically he is an ally of the church by his actions alone. He is not a believable character, if he was so weak-minded he would have lost his position or ended as a puppet years ago.

That's the point, in a world of magic that could work but this is the normal world. Most companies would refuse and come up with an excuse to not pay such a huge amount of money. Some could even accuse the MC of cheating. And even the stats help doesn't explain, in a world of magic with proper world.building stats and skills are considered cheating, like in Konosuba and other works.

Russ is a better protagonist at this point.

If you didn't get it yet, I used a stupid example in purpose to mock. As you described what happened in the story was an historical event, usually people are at edge during times like those but no one batted an eye at mc miraculous/dumb win. The guy choose the same numbers in a bunch of lottery tickets! C'mon!!

Yeah, the author is trying to balance the power levels in both camps but the way he is going about feels so cheap. Suddenly there are superpowerful suits that are perfect for the evil guy, they didn't bother explaining how the suits were made, who is maintaining them and why there are so many versions of them.
