fmc power to compel is basically mind control😮reminded me of Lelouch geass.. regardless unlike revenge, retribution is not out of "hatred" rather its fueled by seeking justice! the flute girl demand of justice is valid & should be sought after. thus existence of hatred would be irrelevant
when the idiotic sister conveyed her frustration she came to her senses (the argument was hurting bystanders). Then again why surrender? it would have been better if flute girl took a deep breath, NEGOTIATED help in pursuing the "nobles" responsible! she had the upper hand 🙄

Vengeance trope often misunderstood in Manga, Manhwa, novels etc.. There is a difference between retribution and revenge! retribution target is specific, limited to the assailant while revenge is general & blind. notice all heroes work by retribution code while villains take it out on society, countries, world etc... retribution is meant to relieve the victims' family & friends, giving them closure AND LIFE while revenge is basically mindless & senseless that ruin both the victim's family & friends leading to their demise.
