She's a Mid Boss instead of a final boss so that there is more tension left in the story because of the "Final Boss".Some people aren't a fan of this but i think its pretty strategic.

yh its retarded, no way people heard they had a guaranteed survival even if its regression and just pussied out. they would have the same reaction as the fmc at the start when she was the first extra to get regressed w/ mc.
