I'm glad that I first watched the anime and then read the manga. At the beginning, I didn't like the manga's art, but once I got used to it, I realized how bad the anime was. Many of the stories are different and much worse than in the manga. The fights are also lacking compared to the manga.

By the way, I'm wondering if the anime mentioned anything about Aleucia's life. I can't remember it at all :/

Niko forgets that she is a woman and is competing against a man who, at this stage, develops faster. Miwa is in her first year, while her opponent is in her third and has had more time to study.

That was way too fast. I hoped to see at least a bit of struggle...
