I had a feeling something like this would happen but it just feels sloppy. Buffing characters mid battle for plot seems to be a common theme in this.

They're not even trying to balance the parasyte at this point. How can something worth a few low level down gems be this strong. I think it is very cool but it is definitely broken.

So the parasyte he bought from a local merchant for a couple of low quality down stones can carry him to beat a flood dragon king? I don't dislike the premise but so far it feels like the plot is favoring him way too much. He gets a heroic maid on the first try, his low level warrior with little experience turns into a hero rank just when he needs him to, the dragon descendent is somehow holding back a siege flood dragon 20x bigger than him, the parasyte went from something that enhances senses to full on venom symbiote, the upgrade and regeneration happens just as he's about to die. It all feels way too convenient.

Thankfully he's the MC so he'll be fine.

MC's gonna need some good plot armor to get through this

I've read till chapter 230

This was a very good read. It was difficult for me to get into this because I'm very tired of "system" stories but as I got more invested in it, things started to feel better. The comedy is good, the characters are fun and the story is enjoyable. The MC is well written with clear goals and morals. Coupled with the good art I definitely enjoyed reading this.

Hopefully the old scans comes back because the new terms are making it confusing.
