I got scared for a second there thinking the MC raped her.

I read till chapter 39

MC has very grand ambitions but it just isn't done very well in my opinion. His OP origin and character needed skillful writing to make a good story, which I felt was missing.

I gave this a fair try but I'm not feeling it.

I thought this guy would be smart, what a shame.

For how grand MC's plans and aspirations are, everything he's doing feels rather sloppy. They set such a big goal right at the start but the execution towards that goal feels pretty wacky so far.

I managed to find a website that has 255 chapters translated for this. Seems like lil bear has been slacking.

I was getting excited, ready to read then I noticed the last update happened at October 31st 2018... That's around 7 years ago. A quick google search later, I found out that the series is on indefinite hiatus, most likely because of financial issues regarding the author. This is most likely never getting updated and will stay as an incomplete work. I'm probably still gonna read it but it's a real shame.

So.... how was it?

This was a great read.

I started this on a whim but the journey this took me on was very special. The story, world-building, characters, art and everything else is brilliantly done. This was all around an incredible read and definitely compels me to read more mangas.

Glad to see Ilena is still alive. What a journey this has been.
