Okay, so. There are different "frequencies" the human ones and the Gantz ones. Kei changes Tae's frequencies, therefore letting her see the players, and he changed his own frequencies, making him visible to humans and invisible to the players. The guy from the mission turned invisible, therefore turning visible for the humans, and because Tae took a picture of him, his head exploded and Tae is now a target. I think that's how it works.

So, if they tell someone outside the missions, then they supposedly die. But that 14 year old made that website publicly and people followed it, but he didn't die, and we know MC isn't gonna die. But you also had that guy who shot his gun outside of the missions and he died. Was that because people saw him using it? Because that doesn't make sense BC Kei shot his gun to kill the shorty alien outside of the missions.
