He also wished for strength the same way Ichigo had, and without swords, Kenny is superior in power to Ichigo.
Implying that he might have gotten power from his sword.

I think that in the anime we get to see more of orihime and chad's training arc as well

sad to say that the abrupt ending of this manga is due to the sickness and oldness of the author Tite Kubo.

I really hate something about this manga's direction when it comes to romance. I had forgotten how good of a main character Rukia was, and wish she would have gotten more later on in the manga
