I think you should give it a chance. Personally, I wasn't a fan until the last 5 or so chapters. I genuinely wholeheartedly think that those last couple of chapters and two blue vortex are better than the second half of Shippuden (no hate, I just think it's that good). If you get to the of end part 1 and still think it sucks, then you should probably give it up, but I think you should get there first before you hate. Just want to add that I have almost no nostalgia for nartuo. I only started reading/watching it 3 months ago, so I feel like I'm a bit more unbiased than most.

I appreciate the effort HOLY SHIT this translation is buns. Middle Schoolers make less spelling mistakes than this. It reads like it's been put through Google translate 500 times. Any nuance the text may have had is blasted away like a power washer to a babies face. The type work is just the ugly cherry on top of it all. I am thoroughly impressed with just how bad this is. Pretty ehh. As of chapter 17 at least, it's been all build up with just about no payoff. The entire time I read it, I felt like something important might happen soon, but nothing ever did. It has a unique seriousness to it that other "cheap" manga of it's teir don't have; I think that's why I expected progress.
