is it just me or these chapters have been strangely fanservisy, while at the same time not?

Man, i always have mixed feelings about the third year.
On one side, actually talking komi is pretty great.
On the other, the rest of the class is by far the worst compared to 1st year and 2nd year (2nd years was the best)
