He complained about the dragon fang skill tree being a bad skill tree too despite it synergize with his class very well. I think it's more of a retrospection than a pure complaint. As in, it's bad by itself compared to other more versatile skills he mentioned.

Maybe he can't do it twice because the skill can't be used unless he is under 20% HP, and because of the miasma counterattack. He didn't get countered now because he kills it, but he'll probably die if he try to use it when it can counter. Not sure just a simple analysis
