Woaaah.
He just broke... everything.
I thought he just broke his hands at first... then I saw the weird angles one the rest of the douchebag's body...
Legs, arms, fingers, torso... damn, brutal. Deserved, but still, brutal.

I still don't get why that beast of a master is part of the blood cult.
I mean, he is violent, selfish, impulsive, excessive in every way and does only what he wants... but he seems to have honor too, and treasures his comrades, he doesn't seem to seek powers other than the ones he needs for a good fight...

He wouldn't be part of a Justice or Orthodox sect, but maybe an unorthodox one... but being part of the blood cult seems strange... also, usually, the demonic and blood cult have religious undercurrents too... he doesn't seem like on who cares about those things.

Yep, this is stupid.
When every single person surrounding the MC is THAT dumb, it gets really boring.
"Oh, the young warrior who has an extremely timely and important mission came back for no reason. He was with a whole group, but he is with just one other person now. It's strange, he isn't wearing what he did when he left 2 seconds ago, and has a strange aura"
"I know! We should leave him and his attendant to see the most important person around. Alone. Without any guards or protection!"

I think I'd better pause reading this for a few month, and then decide if it's worth reading....

Wait.
WTF...

Toutankha is Kirtel...
Does that mean that this tribe are the MC's distant relatives?

Damn.
I was going to shit all over this chapter, complaining about it being completely filler, with the exact same cliffhanger as last chapter.

But then, I saw the last 4 panels.
I'm good. It was actually a fine way to finally make them meet.

I feel like the system is a jealous woman.
It's actually trying to make sure he stays single....

Woah, incredible.
2 new chapters, and absolutely nothing new happened.
No new events, no new information, no new background, nothing.

What a waste of time.

OK, I can see it coming, so much foreshadowing.

This village will be attacked by the pillagers previously mentioned.
There will be a fight, the sick dude will die fighting, like he wants, and half-prove his point, that even if it's not your main activity, knowing how to defend yourself and your people is necessary.
Maybe the husband dies too.

No, wait, this is Barbarian Quest...
The pillagers attack, sick dude kills a lot and survives, grandson dies, daughter is hurt, house is on fire, Urich has to kill the sick dude himself.

Or, and I know this might be completely crazy, they could actually end the story before it gets boring?
Every manga always ends the same... abruptly.
They either get the axe, the author just stops in the middle of an arc, the author dies or they decide to end the story in a novel, because fuck the fans.

There are some rare exceptions, but they are usually for older titles, and that's apparently not the current norm...

I vote for the harem route too!
If don't want to hear a single argument saying "but that's not possible, it's illegal, it's unrealistic, can't happen in modern Korea" or something similar...

We have gangs of minors that look 30 yo, fighting over drugs, prostitution, racket, gambling, ...
The police doesn't seem to even exist, there's almost no deaths in a gang wars, the MC can use a magic system and all the "adults" are either dead or invisible.

So why not add harem into the mix.

I love how utterly useless the distress signal seems to be.

If they encountered a real problematic monster, the only thing the ones that are supposed to guard them could do is retrieve their corpses.
It apparently takes them days to get on site, and the "inaudible whistle" was the cause of the whole ordeal.

I feel like incompetency is considered a virtue in this world.
Even the fucking Bandit King was able to get there before them...

The comments on this chapter seem to think that the Greedy King is willing to fight to the end for His and His Kingdom's pride.
But that's not what I understood.

As the instigator, he knows that surrender means his execution.
It seems that he would rather sacrifice a non-trivial amount of civilians to protect himself.

That's not pride, that cowardice.

I'm really expecting a coup d'état, it seems more likely than a revolt.
I think the purple haired minister might provoke an "accident" that would kill or disable the King, then surrender.

This is getting ridiculous.
The author is testing my capacity to suspend my disbelief.
The causes and effects for the situation to generate manufactured drama is getting dangerously close to "Final Destination" 's levels...

OK. Nice one.

I really wasn't expecting this. I knew he was important, and probably faking his appearance, but I wouldn't have guessed he was the sword saint...

Did he just accidentally get to a place that wasn't yet "release" in the game?
Like, nobody else can get there, right?

Either his online content is going to go critically viral or he will get contacted by the devs for being somewhere he isn't supposed to be...

No no no.
I know what you're trying to mean, but not everything is fair.
Intentionally killing someone is not fair, it's actually incredibly illegal.

Depending on the situation, intent, victim and location, that could be 1st degree murder.
When we say "All is fair in politics", I'm pretty sure everyone agrees that we mean damaging reputations, smear campaigns and the likes... but killing should be off-limits.

Mmmh, that's a good question.
I did some digging, and the Tsunami hit Phuket around one hour after the deep sea earthquake.
The first aftershock happened around 15 minutes later, and then repeated around every 15 minutes for a few days.

Even if we say they left just as the first earthquake happened, which they obviously didn't do, and taking into account that the second aftershock doesn't seem to have happened yet, it's been between 1h15 and 1h30 since the deep sea ground shook,

The direct distance between Seoul and Phuket is 4368 km. That means they were flying at at least 2912 km/h directly from their base, at the same exact time as the earthquake happened... That's more than Mach 2.

If we take into account that they started to move after the Tsunami actually hit, tried to get permission, prepared and left their base to go to the heliport, and flew straight to Phuket, at most, they had 15 minutes to do so.
That's 11648 km/h... Almost Mach 10... the fastest a human ever flew was Mach 6.70, and not in a Helicopter, but with a Jet build for it.

So yeah, that's BS.

Wow, incredible.
I don't care.

I really wish authors that are out of idea would just end their story instead of spewing bullshit like this.
The last few chapters transformed this "meh" story into a proper shit one.

If the system is going to cheat non-stop to make things up to remove the MC's levels, why not just plain old... remove them, without these crappy SAW puzzles?!?

OK, I wasn't expecting him to KILL EVERYBODY.
I thought he would send them to prison or something.

I like this better. Especially because the one killing is the Kraken, the MC just committed the perfect crime and will even be considered a hero once the Kraken is under control.

Wow, what a useless, fully predictable chapter.
Incredible, everything just happened exactly how it was supposed to, with the use of all the techniques to fill it up with absolutely no new info, except 2 things:
- The attack on the MC right at the end, just before the cliffhanger,,,
- The name of her F rank gift "Late Bloomer", which bodes well for future events.
