I’ve heard of Record of Ragnarok, and am 100% gonna start it soon. The few clips I’ve seen of it are just straight wild. The romance series you mentioned, "Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku“, is it slow burn? I love romance just as much as the next guy, but romance that gets dragged out too much (unless done right) can get pretty draining. 
You said you’re a pretty damn big DB fan, so I would like a guide for it, if you don’t mind. I’ve seen countless clips of it, like everyone else, so I already know that it’s visually pleasing. I started to read the OG manga but only got around 20-30 chapters in before losing interest. It wasn’t a bad series, I probably just found something else or got busy. 
While you might be one of the biggest DB fans… I think I’m one of the biggest JJBA fans here. Back in 2017, Seiko released a very exclusive line of watches which included 6 (i think) different designs based off of protags and antags of Part 5. They retailed for ~$470, but it’s not an uncommon right for some of the designs to sell for $1,500+. I only have the Narancia one, which is one of the cheaper ones, but I’m gonna collect the rest over time.

You’ll really like Kumi’s and Ippo’s development! Honestly, this is one of the most realistic mangas when it comes to sports, comedy, and romance. 
Sawamura is probably in my top 15 favorite characters, right next to Sanada. 
Hajime No Ippo, despite having amazing fights, art, characters, and emotion, probably does one thing better than the rest. There is just about zero hate-able characters once you read their arc. Everybody is a fully developed person with an emotional and kind side.

As Mashiba gets more screentime throughout the manga, you’ll only learn to love him more. He’s like a mean big brother with a soft side. 
I like hearing the opinions of people on early chapters, so what do you think about Ippo and Kumi’s relationship as of now? 

I’m currently around chapter 1050. There are a few chapters here and there later on (like below 10) where the quality gets weirdly low, but I don’t mind it.
