Short of an injection (which might be a little too modern day) , I'm not sure how else he could have put her to sleep.

I think the translator incorrectly fixed their translation of "Holy Damage -50%" to "Holy Damage +50%" (along with the physical damage one)
I think the real issue is that "Defense against" should be added at the start of each of those stats.

That or "Trait" is the word that's mistranslated...

Just info based on the webnovel, so may be slightly different in the light novel and manga but:
How is he going to raise his mana: Leveling up gives stats, as do some skills he can purchase, but so does a lot of different food items.
Waypoint: MC can register at the waypoint, but he hasn't registered at any of the others so he can't go anywhere.
Apple Seed: Planted under the fire, it's growing fine, We will get to meet Flamey later on (after MC gains a translation ability)
