on a positive note, first girl, after trying to ignore the problem and trying to get close to him like nothing ever happened, finally understands how badly she screwed up and vows to start from scratch in earning his trust and affection, the sister has been trying to show him she actually loves him but nothing's been getting through to him so on ch.11 she kissed him leaving us with that scene for now

read up to ch.11 in a language i don't fully understand, here's some heavy SPOILERS, read at your discretion.
so far the first girl is an absolute idiot who thought dating another dude and gaining experience would make her more "worthy" of the MC (who was super popular with everyone and had girls confessing to him), had she done nothing but waited and just said "yes" MC would be a fulfilled extrovert with a radiant personality and they'd be a happy couple.
second girl almost had it in the bag, then when asked if she liked him by some friends, after she asked him out (he told her to wait until after the upcoming tournament, he took on basketball as an outlet to get over his childhood friend rejecting him, it would have gotten him closure on his past so he could fully answer to her feelings), she said she doesn't really care about him (cause of embarrassment, fuck if i know), tried to apologize, fell down some stairs, he saved her but ended with a broken arm and couldn't participate in the tournament iirc.
third girl is... (if we don't count the random student council members who pinned him to the ground and accused him of being a molester when he was actually trying to stop the molester, later came to his class to offer sex as an apology) well, third girl is his sister (might be step-sister, not sure), who as kids was afraid of him liking another girl more as his big sister figure and pushed him away telling him she hated him and he should go away, causing him to fall and hit his head, she went to get her mother but he had disappeared, they found him days later in a hospital under police custody and he told his sister he was "sorry he couldn't disappear" he kept thinking she wanted him dead while she's actually (apparently) in love with him.

none of this makes sense wtf is this author even doing? and how did this trash even get an anime?
