When I started this journey, 'Revenge of the Sword Clan's Hound' only had 30 chapters. I was unsure what to think of the mediocre art-style and story, but HO-LY am I thankful I continued reading. This has been an absolute pleasure to read ever since he cut ties was his clan. Both the art and story feels intriguing, and every cliff-hanger temps me to read the Novel.

I think the Anime art-style is nicer, so I'd very much like to see this animated now!

Many chapters ago, I speculated Pi being the Devil, the devil is said to control time and you know... Pi can see past, present and future. Pi might be a god right now, but falls from glory when Axel learn time-travel.

As you said, I agree that Pi might have a relation to god. Though I hope this isn't the case, since it would be very cliché and predictable, something we have seen a thousand times before.

Good question, and as a writer myself, I will try to answer to the best of my abilities.

In the beginning of the story, chapter 1 - 40 ish, the plot and characters were mostly propelled by the MC, with the plot always moving forward, giving the reader a sense of comfort, no matter the situation.

Later, after chapter 40 ish, the world and plot greatly expanded, creating characters with conflicting personalities and misunderstandings, which can feel out of control from a reader's perspective, especially if the same mistakes repeat.

How you handle the plot, characters and conflicts is a fine line between frustration and entertaining. If the plot and end-goal become blurry as a result of repeating conflicts, without good reason, readers will lose interest or start hating on characters.

The MC needs to re-realize what her goals are and how she intends to reach them to keep readers engaged.

I disagree. For once, all characters so far have questioned MC's age. For them to accept it so fast, is the only problematic element, but as you say, these tropes are common.

On another note:
She wants Axel to experience betrayal, even when she just removed the person responsible for the betrayal?
So she is ready to become the enemy of the Hero, or is this somehow going to resolve itself?

Feels like too much has already changed in the world for it to follow the same timeline as the original world/story.

Visions of the past may seem useless at first, but for interrogation and assessment of a person's abilities, it can be a powerful weapon.

They are right to be suspicious, Arthur's claims are outrageous. They didn't throw him in handcuffs as soon as they arrived, that's a good sign. A king should be dignified but also righteous, give them time - I say.
