Dirty jokes, occasional arcs and some decisive rewrites leave this manga about a mono primal-cuck boy and poly sex-social gal is unable to reap the potential of it's sincerity, romance and gags (by CH.39.5) but the potential for interesting character work IS here. Squint between the awful wish fulfillment and lackluster H tropes.

Bunch of comments argue that this chapter is somehow not the exact manga this is. He dates her, she sleeps around, the promise is that he's not only okay with it but enjoys a special power from it. Author playing the long game, developing their understanding of each other. I'm glad the old b. blackmail SA narrative was dropped, fingers crossed we get a wide & consistent cast as their relationship deepens.

I really though he'd be attending to her sessions by now, learning the boundaries of these dudes.

Flowers of Evil but lighter, less erotic, and all about trifling. By chapter 14 it's less sadism & more destructive relationships.

Conversations of fandom and otaku culture by way of comedic empathy and sharing. It's not amazing or too deep, but it's exactly what it promises and keeps it short. Honestly just came for gals and exorcists, and it's light on the prior but aimed to be light reading associated with My Hero Academia and young readers entering the discourse. If that's you, you'll probably dig in. As such it's also a family friendly manga that doesn't revel in perverted shock humor while keeping Shipping and such a consistent presence per chapter. This gives Ghostbuster Osamu a different identity than something more in my genre preferences, like Bad Girl Exorcist Reina.

Yo Chainsaw Man live action movie coming out. This plot reminded me of Digimon Final Evolution Kizuna and accepting an ending. But we AtLA fans know that the series ending is just the start, and if it's a good run then the run stands.

Seriously let her skip to the the action scenes and when she asks, "I don't get it why's that?" then you skip back to that scene. I've had similar interactive viewings when sharing gore horror with folks that don't want to sit through the whole thing but are curious. Day of the Dead comes to mind, it has incredible fx, but it bores most audiences who are looking to be scared and not dwell in the themes & characters.
