Honestly i would have never guessed this manga could surprised me so much with the love reveal. It's... so damn good. You feel happy for them even if it's a manga. All the discussions about the Cosplays were so long (i understand it was part of the manga and something the author wanted to share), sometimes the MC and FMC were so distant, i thought we were in it for like a really long time and... well that's some energetic reveal. I'm happy.

Sometimes, the death of characters doesn't need to be all dramatic. We hated the assholes and were expecting him to suffer but he just... died by falling without understanding a thing. Like this. Like the nobody he was.Isn't it perfect ?

Netherless, i'm sure they're all alive. As user-0069 said, it's fantasy world, they can probably be healed right over by priestess. Until now, the author has always be dramatic when people get killed, i don't think he would kill them in this chapter without emphasing how horrible such an act is.
And speaking of which, in previous chapters, MC's realizing, he is loosing his previous conscience, be coming more and more a Barbarian, being able to think of killing someone without feeling sick. It could be a way for the author to show us, how he's loosing a little bit more sanity by being violent without shame.
I hope next chapter is gonna give us hint about the condition of his opponents but i really think he didn't killed anyone and that they all are totally fine (The priestess said to the punched guy he even have lost cerebral fluid, and look at him, perfectly fine).

You're not wrong either.But this is manga, Akine could be a Tsundere and display a rather soft side once conquered by MC ? In previous chapter she gave him her hand to show how it became less softer after all the practice and suddenly became aware of the fact they're like holding hands.And MC has gained a lot of confidence by standing with Akine since the beginning of the manga, he opened himself and is now able to have a normal discussion with anyone (and this is with Akine that he's the most confident). I know, even if she's the starting point of all of this, this is not her only presence that shaped the MC but all the events and new people he met.The author is aiming toward Kozakura for a girlfriend but i would have prefered Akine even if it would have been a more generic path, but it's also my own selfish point of view :P
Let me end this with a pure dumb argument that would ruin all of my rant :Akine is cuter than Kozakura.
