It's the best ending given the situation, she wouldn't be lonely and found a reason to continue living. The guy didn't achieve his dream, got cheated by his original girlfriend because of the accident then he found true love again and lost it all in 7 days. He will probably live the rest of his life suffering if he's the one who lives. I am glad that the author chose this ending.

I am glad that I discovered this manga just as it's ending so I can just read it in one-shot. It is a beautiful story about a cafe and its beautiful goddesses that spans across generations. 10/10 Recommend.

Ok, it works!

10/10 recommend, ignore the "Ecchi" tag, it's gone after a few chapters and the story is funny as hell (hehe). Despite it having almost 300 chapters, it didn't feel boring, I definitely wanted more.

All good things come to an end. If I have a manga tier list, it will be in the S category. So long, princess and all the other hellhorde members, it was one hell of a journey!
