My personal headcanon is like this:
Remember when Admin first described how the Tower erodes its Admins? Turning them into cogs essentially? I think original Jeagu realised that that was going to happen to him too and he would also eventually crumble into a machine. Fixing the Towers issues from this side wouldn't work.
So with a bit of time+no+jutsu plus admin rights he gives past/current Jaegu what amounts to a massive cheat key(but only if he uses it) plus a few hints along the way.
I think Current Jaegu has latent admin rights that make his actions permanent "fixes" beyond the admin trying to tempt him with nice results.Original Jaegu definitely predicted some of Current Jaegu's actions and might even be responsible for the Popoi on the first floor because Kim literally would not be alive rn without that entire sequence of events.
Tldr: I just think they're neat 🥰
