Well, if we are talking about mental states now it seems like all the things you talk about are always things you cannot control. I hope you're not the same people that leave diapers in parking lots, dumping used oil next to my driveway, and leave all the rivers filled with your trash after partying just because it's "pointless". The whole system may seem/is like a joke but there would be immediate ramifications if the majority of society turned into worse trash goblins than they already are.
