If Usopp fought like this all the time he'd be pretty scary.
I kind of wish he'd developed Dial tactics rather than using the plant stuff he gets during the time leap.

  If you didnt realize, Usopp has been holding back for a long time because of his kind nature. If he want his opponent dead, he’d switch his slingshot for a deadlier weapon. And switch his silly ammos for a much deadlier one.
  
  Just imagine this. If he’s been fighting with poison gas instead of smelly gas, dissolving acids instead of rotten eggs, and a more potent explosives and poison weaponries meant to kill someone, he’d reap lives. But he is just not that kind of murderous guy. He spent his time in his lab creating silly things instead of killer weapons.

  I actually prefer the plant stuff. Mostly because of a character analysis I saw comparing Usopp's story to Noland's. I had always thought the Pop Greens were kind of an asspull since Oda needed something to buff up Usopp and he didn't want Usopp to have a fight style too similar to Nami's. But him being a part-time botanist makes a lot of sense if you consider Noland was a herbalist. Not sure if Oda will actually act on that connection, but I have hope. Next arc seems to be Elbaf. I'm hyped to see Usopp in the spotlight again.

as much as i always wanted Ussop to really fight with sucha determination......this it now how i wanted it to happen, it really breaks your heart seeing them fight like this. Ussop with enough prep time and knowledge of his opponent really shows just how deadly he can truly be...Merry crying

im only saying he is using wrong example.
he mentioned kakashi sending students into Chunin Exam but in reality, all he did was juz approved the students are ready n if i want to be critical bout it, he is less a teacher more a senior watching over his juniors. naruto they all are academy graduates working as ninja under a senior assigned to supervise them. in the series nvr once he sends them into mission beyond their skill level n in Chunin Exam arc all he did was juz saying his juniors are ready for promotion.
Same with Aizawa only approved his class to take Provisional Hero License Exam after given whole semester of teaching the class which isnt given much pages to show in main series but it is mentioned he gav extra lessons to Hitoshi Shinso to learn his binding cloth skills behind the scene.
so which part of them are look incompetent at best and negligent at worst according to poster?

That’s more or less how things seemed, it’s just that, whatever path Suho chooses, there’s no need to take away the power of shadow manipulation. It’s like stealing ruler’s authority; even if the class he picks doesn’t really rely on it, it’s always useful to have around, so there’s no point in getting rid of it.

There’s the vague argument that the power would be processed and turned into something new for his other class, but that’s a big stretch because if SJW could do that… I mean he’d have more than Beru to spare for sure.
