Okay, so Iijima's death has two options here - 1) the bully leader found and tortured him for info on Maria (which he gave or didn't depending on how much of a disadvantage it will put her in) before killing him, using his (or one of the other's - we still don't know fat bully's gimmick yet) family's connections to cover it up as a homicide. 2) Iijima's bosses or another group decided he was too loose a thread and liability after Kinukawa started going after their members searching for him combined with the investigation on Shikimi and so offed him themselves, but not before torturing him for info about the latter and might know about Maria and her actions, which is a huge liability for her. Either way, things are getting messy now, and Maria gonna have to deal with these new barriers in her way to avenging her sone
Usually…in thrillers like these…The Leader arranged all of this to happen…his crew might be killed but as long as he survives, he can do anything he wants…his gang are just replaceable tools…also in thrillers like these…the MC fails because of a family/friend/police officer thinks they’re saving the MC only for the villain to kill the MC because of their incompetence and lack of insight and usually said ally has to resume the revenge for the MC…which ends up 50/50…they fail, with the villain spreading more misery somewhere else, or succeed, with ally suffering from guilt Plot Twist include… MC gets “killed” only for the MC to gather all the enemies in one place and slaughter them all MC and Ally team up…MC kills ally because MC finds out ally was also involved in the crime Ally and Villain were in cahoots the entire time…Villain kills ally to cover loose ends/frames them for said crime Mexican Stand Off/Open Ended Ending
Man, every single one of them, is parasite to society, and indeed deserve their retribution. Also, that ex-husband cop, better not getting in the way of our Mommy Maria 😈
pacman715Might have been a bit early, relatively speaking, but guy needed to have SOMEONE he could actually be honest with or he'd have gone insane. Besides, it's a good way to show us the consequences and make it clear that this isn't something he'll want to repeat if he can avoid it.
Neohttps://i.postimg.cc/cJb06dPt/i.jpg Bro's ability to copy pasta is of the chart! He is getting branded on the neck....Are we sure, he is not a hidden MC?
Moon EnjoyerAh I thought it was maybe a Ginko clone from the Shadow guy who ran amok and killed Circe but yeah wouldn't explain cigar smell so definitely wolf guy. Don't believe this is the last we will see of Circe though.
