        Biologically and physiologically they're the same age. And you literally can't cheat hormones when you're living through puberty. Even with adult mind.
        
        Actually, I wonder why regressors' souls and minds are not changing to fit the younger body properly. Or, if you think the other way around, why soul doesn't carry its power state with it. Basically, all murim powers are soul/heart based and are literally the type of soul-bound energy.

        I don't understand this "power state" you're referring to.
        But if I take a guess to answer, many murim power ups are based on acumulating internal energy (physically) and enlightment (mentally).
        
        Lots of wuxia and, xianxia tell stories that enlightment are based on their current physical body. So if they have a different body (thru any mean), to regain their previous "power state", they have to attain another and different enlightment fitting their current condition. The reasons mentioned often are that the bodies have different talents / aptitudes. Tho their previous experience certainly helps a lot.
        
        However, I do get what you mean about the hormones and all. It's just that I think, if someone lived hundreds of years, even if they get another (very) young body, even if hormones and all affected that person, his experienced mind would know how to cope.
        
        Extra:
        This is just an extra thought. Not really related to the topic.
        But, what is a soul? If we are our memories and experiences, then can it be said we lost our soul if we have amnesia?

        Well, even experienced mind is hopeless against hormones sometimes. Especially it should be so in puberty.
        
        Responding to extra question, I think it is somewhat like that. Because of you lose your memories, you basically lose your own self, your experiences, your feelings, your knowledge and so on. You lose basically everything that could be considered a 'soul' or a part of it.
        And recovering from amnesia is akin to getting parts of this 'soul' back in addition to the 'soul' you've got with experiences after amnesia. Even intuitively recovering martial arts without memories, for example, could be considered this.
        
        Also, there are idioms and sayings in every language about losing your soul from extreme fear or stress. And sometimes extreme fear or any other extreme stress leads to partial or complete amnesia - the very losing of a 'soul'.

        Can't say for others, but for myself, puberty was hard because there were many things I don't know nor understand.
        
        So there were confusion and curiosity in the mix amongst other things, not the hormones itself being the major issue (atleast for me as a male).
        
        For instance, my curiosity of the opposite sex back then.
        But if my current self regressed back to my younger teen year, I won't have such curiosity anymore.
        That's just one example tho.

Tbh, and I apologize if this sounds weird, it's probably cause I just don't understand, but why is everyone immediately calling the Mc a weirdo because he blushed a little bit? It ain't like bro is rudeus right off the bat. And I get that he has the mind of an adult in back in his child body, but it ain't like he's grooming her like rudeus did cough how but we just relax and see where this goes?
