At the start this is pretty simple. It's still decent enough, and a good read. But Holy shit these latest chapters (Its currently at 151 for reference) have been PEAK.

Looks like our Ex-Undead Necromancer turned Naga worker is gonna finally feel a brand new emotion that his previous body couldn't let him. Probably love lol

Seems now the wider world is now aware that humans can become dungeon owners. And the first guy unfortunately also paid the unfortunate price in showing that just killing the owner doesn't give you the crystals lol

It's peak, 27 chaps in and that's all I can say.

Bit of an early warning though (mild spoilers ahead), our MC (the professor) is pretty annoying early on with how much he refuses to change. But after something that happens around the 15 chapter mark (forgot when specifically, and also you'll know when you read it) he becomes a lot more likable after finally accepting what reality he's in now and doing his best to adapt and survive.

This is so fucking peak. This would be s fucking good to see animated by a competent studio.
