I think the prince is Media's enemy here but she should know that it was her father that killed the Nanny and that too out of frustration. Her father was pathetic and took all the credit for her work. She was nothing more than a political tool for him. Medea should kill her father first but I guess that's not practical. This society seems to be extremely patriarchal so if Medea's family looses their head she would end up fighting with a branch family for power struggle.
