Yes, but that is part of a bigger mystery. It's not explained YET. We can expect the author to actually reveal what exactly happened that lead to this whole reincarnation even if it's supernatural/sci-fi.
Kang Chan's instinct on the other hand has already been explained as something he acquired from countless near death situation but it's so ridiculously busted he can even sense when someone is plotting something against his mother. Neither Dayeru nor any other of his squad members prior to his death has acquired this. Unless there's a better reason that he can harness this kind of instinct, I'd still think of it as just some ridiculous unexplained power.

You know, Kang Chan's instinct is probably the biggest bullshit of this series. He's just pretty much a clairvoyant at this point. I get it if he senses danger coming to him but for people around him is another level. Not even Spiderman has that kind of instinct

It's not completely impossible. A trained fighter like Zhang Wei Li can pick up Francis Ngannou. Not exactly the same comparison I know. But Zhang Wei Li is probably 120lbs ish at walking weight while Francis is over 250lbs at least. The guy that got shoulder thrown here is obviously a fodder too. Beating up a guy one sidedly is still nearly unrealistic though.
