I think the "Ouroborous" he mentioned was himself. The symbol of Ouroborous is a snake eating its own tail and his earrings bear a resemblance to that symbol. In Tarot cards it is also means fate or destiny (LOTM fans hear my call !!). So I think this guy should have a name like "Ouroborous The God Of Fate" or something like that.
I also think Dues will be some God Of time or have an ability Geared towards time (get it? Hahaha), his design looks similar to the armor chronos previously had while he was inside the chief commanders body so must likely he based it off of Deus, but why would he have an armor set that looks like one of the ancient gods?, perhaps his time abilities are all copies or inspirations from Deus and the armor is a relic or replica of Deus himself that enhances time base abilities.
I'm pretty sure multiple gods can have similar but not the same world view so it won't be weird for there to be multiple gods of Time and Deus could have been the first. Although all of these are just guesses I made from everything shown in the story so far so any of this could be wrong.
