That's a really bad idea man. He has no idea if he likes her, and even if he did, right now she's extremely dependent on him and unstable. They will most likely end up together but right now you really can't even tell if she likes him romantically. If he asks her out she'd have pretty much no choice but to accept right now. Not to mention he's in a huge position of power as a scholarship student with a job and stable housing via parents paying his rent. Getting into a relationship before she's able to stand on her feet and not see herself as a sextoy that can cook would only be good for us readers who want to see development at all cost
