hm, i went back.. in revised 164(final form of monster garou), he punches the earth changing the gravitational field and almost breaking the dimensional barrier, the unknown dimensional ppl says "that bastard" will escape if the barrier breaks (idk if its void or god).. then garou goes cosmic, cosmic-g vs saitama happens, then time is reversed in 168.. but there for a moment garou is actually in a state where he is gaining god's power right before he gets one-punched and loses the divinity.. this should be the bit talked at the start of this chapter

was the cosmic garou arc redone? cuz the starting bits of this chapter makes no sense.. last i checked after cosmic garou, time was reversed and garou never went cosmic

he believes the dragon girl is under his charm spell, so refuses refuses to date her cuz it goes against his ideals
and the incubus king is a summoning spell gone wrong, but he decides to help mc

comedy.. i dont see ecchi.. slice of life ish, but not slow paced.. dum wizard trying to find a girlfriend, dum dragon-girl trying date the wizard, and an incubus king who has commonsense just watching the wizard's plans and guiding him a bit
