I will try answering as best as I can.
First of all yes it's an adaptation from the novel and the game made its own unique twist that there's another character flame and yes they made other endings if I'm right but they never said they did but I'll assume.Second of all yes they choose and for the novel it's from the perspective of all the main characters and yes it only has one assuming he doesn't have any other backup novels that have the extra endings and I think no,,not sure I don't have that much info on that.both are vastly different game has more characters and development the novel doesn't and only has one ending but has relatively same things.

We got an explanation on why he hasn't gotten a single penalty. He's cheat code is that he's gotten some of the traits that he's original/ the one he used before he got transmigrated and kept it and one of his traits is that he could negate the penalty you can see the info on chapter 1-2.

I think he has the ability with him as his cheat code not sure if I'm right.

I kinda agree but sometimes the body can change that muscle memory into another type let's take like understanding a boxing games that are almost or perfectly Accurate and you copy it you might be bad but since you have the muscle memory on how it works in the game you just need to take that and try to do it in real life. not sure if it works with other people but that's how it works with me
