On the other hand, Ebrons can immortalise him in a good way unlike Lawrence. Lawrence can't even do shit. He's someone who'll watch the world burn but still will be unable to make a move. I think that will ve turning point of the story in final arc when foolish Emperor realises that or he dead.

But I still think he'll choose Lawrence over Cedric any day of the week yk? Blood is thicker.

Punishment is important but not more than redemption. One or two crime and maybe a few really horrible choices may lead to humiliation and pain, but learning from them is more important. And everyone seems to forget that ruler is for the people not people for the ruler. Power blinds them I guess?
