....ok. First, stats don't mean shit if you bad at using the sword. Swordsmanship, or in general, "Technique" is using your strength efficiently. Efficiency climbs as you get better at the sword. Noob swordsman may only exert 70~80% of their total strength through their sword. But a Pinnacle Swordsman may even exert 3000~5000% of their physical power.
And speaking of stats. Yes, a newborn, who can't even sit on its own ass would probably be 0.somethine stats and a teenage kid(average, not isekai protag) may have borderline 0.9 something something stats. And as one trains their body, their strength is comparable to multiple people. And investment of stats through the 'system' just be like condensing magic and nutrients in your body to artificially grow your muscles.
(Any place that has a "system" is under a higher being cause system wouldn't naturally exist, on for it to function over the entire planet or world, at least a god class or a constellation class individual is required.)
Thus, Stats = raw power. Swordsmanship/Techniques (Passive Skils)= process to exert said raw power. Skills(Active Skills) = predetermined steps of techniques. Ok, my rant is done.

I like to think of stats as "x times a normal adult human". So saying I have stats as Strength: 5 ,means I have the strength of 5 adult humans, or 5 times as strong. And that's why, your stat arrangement looks poppycock to me.
