Idk if I reviewed this before, so let me drop a comment now. I have actually read this before, like around chapter 10? 15? But I picked it back up and ended up on chapter 25 as per the time of writing my review: Honestly? I believe this type of story where the MC turns into an FMC isn't uncommon, as well as the story telling is all over the place. Like, it's trying to jump to so many things at once (yeah, highlanders are the focus, then this guy is suddenly the focus, then this guy, then this non-issue, then this other character). Okay? It's.... kinda fatigue-inducing when it's not clear what they're actually aiming for at this point. Blow up the Highlander place or what? FMC's powers are pretty unclear and kinda disappointing too. Like, why did some random hobo "villain" outdo the FMC? Why was the FMC so hyped up from the start only for her to be somewhat of a pushover (I mean she's not, but compared to the mask dude, she kinda is)?

TLDR; Good art. Orb of confusion story.

OK I gave this a read, review written around chapter 6: So the MC and the FMC are probably related to each other in the past somehow, as to why the FMC is acting the way she is towards the MC. As for the MC's ex, it's probably something twisted where the ex wants to be NTR'd (I know, fucked up, right) by the MC by the FMC. Japanese authors can be the most brilliant people on Earth, or the dumbest ocean fishes to have walked on land, really.

Now in regards to the story, it's okay (not in a good or bad way, just okay, slop-tier), and I'm pretty sure I've read something similar to this before, I just don't remember the title. This manga can probably cure your boredom somehow, but if it's some sort of cinematic kino experience? Big doubt. Just my two cents.

Human minds are more susceptible to accept these things under pressure and "prideful struggles" internally. So I can see why he accepted it. Retarded? I guess, but it's not impossible.
