Here is a fun fact: The next one will not be the last one. Nor the one after that.
She will see her daddy then hesitate, then Kafka will try to save her and miss his shot. Then the monster will recover and beat them to a pulp.
The law of probability says this has more chance to happen than the end.

I guess we just had to be patient and trust the author, we drew conclusions too early. This manga is good, and you all know it deep down but refuse to accept that and conjure some issue to put it down. Admit it, the Naruto world is a part of us now. Even if the story changes or gets worse, the loyal fan within us wants to persist on consuming it.
