EDIT: It only took me a minute to change my mind, GUYS THIS THING IS FREAKING BUSTED, THE THING SCALES ON STRENTGH, IT'S ONE OF THOSE INFINITE DAMAGE TYPES, BASICALLY A GROWTH ABILITY. Assuming most skills in this world have fixed dmg considering skills have ranks this one would be similar to a growth type since as long as he keeps leveling the skill will continue to deal even more damage especially since it scales on a stat he likes, I am sad that he gave up the immortality one but damn scaling abilities are just as op. I don't even know how that "according to strength" got passed me the first time I read it.
these kind of abilities tend to become the bread and butter of builds imo the always good bang for you buck easy to use good dmg scaling spammable ability, if the cd is too long tho then yh the value drops a lot but if he can spam it then that shiet is broken actually to the point am not sure what can top it...
