It's a great read but there is something annoying. We don't know what happened in his old life.
I mean there is no flashbacks to how things turned out in his past life except his team dissolved and fired and him climbing up using everyone to become the lonely CEO.
But also, why he keeps pushing everyone to take credis for what he is doing? I mean yeah sure, he tries to benevolent because they helped him in his past life, but he can put himself in front a bit more..

the sister: "damn, if only i had a brother or a father or a mother or a member of the family or friends or the police to help me deal with this psycho who was going to hurt me a boxcutter and had witnesses who saw all of this.... if only!!!"

I like the medical mixed with murim power part, this adventure sounds like a boring filler... But there is something i really hate.
He came from the future (kinda)... Why there is no crazy idea about everyday life? The only thing he did was the heated floor and some medical instrument.
And i am not talking about some very complicated stuff that he won't have any idea how because it isn't his domain, but some standard knowledge and technology

This mc, god damn!
I wish he becomes more proactive instead of passive and talking to himself

I wish the MC would stop with the loooong monologues and just take action!
