As long as you are confident in BSing and not over exagerrate, that usually gets the job done, at least in my experience. I failed an interview when I was starting out because I was honest, so I had to change my tune and confidently lie instead, and it worked so far.
Anyway, I'm not here to discuss this topic in detail, just saying that I dislike interviews in general because unlike tests, you dont have 100% control over the results.
