The story would’ve been different but I think the overall story of Dungeon story won’t really get disturbed. Thistle will still be the dungeon lord and manage things inside of it. Winged Lion will still be sealed and won’t be moved at all.

Remember, this canon event occurred when Falin was eaten by the red dragon so they went out to the journey. Falin if she was in the part of Laios wouldn’t make that much of a difference since Laios has the knowledge of monsters and even the first one to suggest to eat them monsters.

Plus, Laios activated the paintings of history given towards the dungeon.
